Our School

Learning

We ensure that each girl can experience success and achievement throughout her six years from Years 7-12. The dynamic nature of the curriculum extends well beyond the classroom taking advantage of our location and easy access to the city. The ‘Eachtra’ program provides Year 9 girls a year of adventure. Curriculum at senior levels is designed to maximise the choice of VCE studies and promote academic achievement, with a median study score of 32 consistently achieved. VCE, VCAL & VET studies lead to further education at University, TAFE, training & industry based programs and employment. Partnership with CBC St Kilda provides co-ed senior classes.

Wellbeing

PCW has long been known for the care of its students and the positive relationships that exist within the school Student care is based in the homeroom, with learning support, counselling and careers advice provided in the newly established Student Services Centre.
