Catholic Ladies' College is situated on a beautiful 8 hectarce site the banks of the Diamond Creek in Eltham, approximately 25 km north of the Melbourne CBD. The College began its story and rich tradition over 112 years ago in East Melbourne in 1902. In response to urban demand it relocated to its current site in 1971.
At Catholic Ladies' College we strive to provide a learning environment which celebrates the diversity and giftedness of all within our community. It is a learning journey which acknowledges parents as primary educators and our privileged role in partnership with them throughout their daughter’s secondary education.
The faith and mission of the College provide the framework for our student wellbeing and learning and teaching programs. These programs enable us to foster a passion for lifelong learning for the holistic development of each student. The young women of this College are challenged to think as global citizens, consider the needs of those beyond their local community and to recognize the responsibilities their education provides as they take their places in work, social and family networks of the 21st century.
Choosing the right school is an important family decision. I invite and encourage you to come along to one of our regular tours to experience the College for yourself. For those interested in touring the College, or exploring whether student vacancies exist, may I encourage you to contact our College Registrar.
Thank you for your interest in Catholic Ladies' College. I look forward to meeting you in the future.
