For more than 100 years, the Sisters of Mercy at St Patrick's College have dedicated their lives and their energies to caring for, encouraging and educating the young women of Queensland and the Pacific region. The values and traditions of the mercy ethos, as inspired and modelled by Catherine McAuley, continue to inspire the daily life of our contemporary, independent Catholic school community. |

Recent capital works have resulted in fully renovated, air-conditioned accommodation. The boarding school is a “home away from home” for students in each year level. Providing a caring, supportive environment with excellent facilities, St Patrick’s educates young women from many different areas. The students come from all around Australia and overseas, and cultural differences are recognised and valued within the community. Located on the beautifully developed Strand, stunning views of Cleveland Bay and Magnetic Island are offered from each dormitory. |
