Peace is a Christian Co-Educational day and boarding College, situated at picturesque Kamerunga, 15km north west of Cairns.
We offer an outstanding program of academic, vocational, sporting, cultural and social experiences to our students. The learning programs offered are in line with the most modern educational thinking of the day.
Peace is a College with a mission to serve all Christian and non Christian families in providing a quality Christian education for all.

Facilities at Peace include a fully air conditioned campus, 2 computer laboratories, computer equipped resource centre, science, art, drama and music departments, design and technology centre, home economics centre, weights room, multi-purpose hall, playing fields for AFL, athletics, cricket, tennis courts, basket ball courts and netball courts. |

The Junior School Campus provides a child-centred learning environment. The School is organised to cater for the social development of students and begins with an acceptance of play as an important element of learning in the early years, with a gentle transition into more formal learning in the Junior School. Junior school students at Peace also have the benefits of specialist teachers in subject areas such as Physical Education, Japanese and Music. |

Peace has a proven record of academic excellence. Our students are prepared for Tertiary Entrance and other study options that include TAFE and Workplace Traineeships. All programs are overseen by highly skilled, dedicated and motivated teaching staff.
Students are offered a broad choice of subjects and electives. In addition to the core subjects there is a range of subjects such as Marine and Acquatic Practices, Legal Studies, Drama, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Film, TV and New Media among many of the exciting offerings. |

An Instrumental Music Program is run at Peace. Tuition is offered in Woodwind, Piano, Brass, Guitar and Voice.
Students offered a varied range of Sporting Activities. Interhouse Swimming, Cross-country and Athletics carnivals are conducted from which representative teams for the Trinity Coast North Sporting Association Carnivals are selected. |

Peace attracts students from many different backgrounds. These students, bringing their respective backgrounds to Peace, enriching the lives of all students by sharing their experiences and ways of life.
The residential section is organised into a Senior Boys house, a Junior Boys house and three houses for girls. The houses are structured to parallel a family situation by having boarders of differing ages in the one house. The houses together accommodate a total of 93 boarders. Boarders participate in supervised study in the evening and the weekends are closely supervised. The food provided for the boarders is first class. Students receive breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper. All the meals are served in the College Dining Hall in cafeteria style. A qualified nurse is available to boarders at the Health Clinic. |
