Scots Boys grow into fine men

A non-selective T-12 GPS boys' school for day and boarding students, we accept and encourage boys of many backgrounds and walks of life to become equipped for life by a distinctive education for mind, body and spirit.

Our Faith and Tradition

We want our boys to learn in a beautiful environment and to become engaged in the living history of the College so that they grow within and add to the honourable traditions of the College.

Values

True to our Presbyterian heritage, we aim to build the culture of respect in our community towards God, others, self and our environment, by alligning our policies and practices with Christian principles.

Academic and Co-Curricular

Our culture of high expectations builds consistent academic standards with a strong focus on information and communications technology in learning. Our whole-College pastoral curriculum and approach to learning is based on Christian values, and emphasises our model of Christian leadership, character development, peer relations, the caring classroom and service learning.

In 2009 63 of our HSC students appeared in the Distinguished Achievers listings.

The Glengarry Experience

All Year 9 boys spend two terms living at the Glengarry campus for outdoor education in Kangaroo Valley, engaging in a strong academic program supported by outdoor education, leadership, sporting and co-curricular programs.

Indigenous Education

The Scots College Indigenous Education Program was established to provide quality secondary educational opportunities for young indigenous people.
